Wholesale Return & Refund Policy

All wholesale orders are final sale.
Because our products are produced in bulk and reserved exclusively for wholesale customers, we do not accept returns or cancellations once an order is placed.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please notify us within 3 days of delivery with the following:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • Photos of the full item(s)

We will review the case and offer a replacement or store credit if applicable.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Quality Concerns

Our products are inspected before shipping. If you have concerns about quality, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the order so we can assist you.
Quality issues reported after this period cannot be processed.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of wholesale orders, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Sale items

  • Items used, worn, washed, or altered

  • Orders not reported within the return window

Shipping Errors or Damage

If your shipment arrives damaged due to carrier handling, please notify us immediately with photos of:

  • The outer packaging

  • The damaged items

  • The shipping label

We will assist with a claim and provide a resolution.

Order Cancellations

Wholesale orders cannot be canceled once production or packing has started.
If you need to update your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
