Shipping Origins

To provide you with the best prices and fastest delivery options, we ship from multiple locations based on inventory availability and order volume:

  • United States Warehouse: For most US orders

  • China Warehouse: For international orders and specific product collections

The shipping origin is automatically selected to optimize for speed and cost. You will receive tracking information that indicates the shipment origin.

Processing Time

Please allow the following processing times before your order ships:

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: 5-7 business days

  • Made-to-Order Items: 10-15 business days

Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Processing time begins once payment is confirmed.

Shipping Time & Methods

Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

  • Standard Shipping: 2-6 business days (depending on carrier and destination)

  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional fee (1-3 business days)

Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.

Shipping Destinations & Rates

We ship worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Shipping destination

  • Package weight and dimensions

  • Selected shipping method

Tariffs & Customs Duties

We manage tariffs and import duties for the following regions:

  • ✅ United Kingdom

For all other international destinations, the recipient is responsible for:

  • ❌ Customs duties

  • ❌ Brokerage fees

These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by your local customs office upon arrival. We cannot predict what these charges will be.

Important Shipping Requirements

Address Accuracy:

  • Buyers must provide a complete and valid shipping address

  • We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply

International Shipping:

  • Please ensure your country accepts shipments from the origin country (US or China)

  • Some products may have shipping restrictions to certain countries

  • Customs forms will be marked with the accurate value of the contents

Order Changes & Cancellations:

  • Order modifications or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order

  • Once an order enters processing, changes cannot be guaranteed

Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update in the carrier's system.

Shipping Delays

While we provide estimated delivery dates, we cannot guarantee delivery times due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Customs clearance procedures

  • Weather events

  • Carrier delays

  • Natural disasters

  • Global health crises

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are:

  • Lost after being marked "delivered" by the carrier

  • Stolen from the delivery address

  • Forwarded to an alternate address without our authorization

Please contact your local post office and file a claim with the shipping carrier if your package is marked delivered but not received.
